Hi! I’m Kevin
I’m a chef born and raised in New York. I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in the summer of 2015.
I grew up with a lot of home-cooked food and a rich Dominican culture. My food is inspired by many cultures, home cooks, and 10+ years of experience working in fast-paced restaurants all over NYC. Whether it be an intimate dinner for two or a decadent wedding party of 100+ guests.
I use seasonal ingredients to create dishes that excite and satisfy my clients. I stay true to my French Culinary Training while also cooking a variety of cuisines that include, American, Italian, Hispanic, Caribbean, Asian, and many more!
