Mateo’s Cocina is a family-owned business located in the Hudson Valley, dedicated to using seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and small businesses. We take pride in creating our products from scratch, including condiments, breads, pastas, pastries, and well-balanced, nutritious meals.

With over a decade of culinary experience in New York City, we combine this expertise with a rustic farm-to-table approach. Our focus is on meal preparation for busy individuals and families, as well as catering for small events such as micro weddings, retreats and airbnb getaways all over the US. As graduates of the Institute of Culinary Education, we draw inspiration from diverse cultures, home cooks, and cooking with the seasons.
